• 1.Alerting all employees to the dangers that can be exposed at the site and trained on how to confront and overcome them.
• Provision of fire-fighting equipment and staff training on how to use it.
• Train employees on the proper use and proper mechanisms and equipment and methods of operation that will ensure their safety.
• Review procedures training needed by workers on a regular basis and orderly.
• Provide intensive training for workers and new employees, especially when they are introducing new paragraphs work or new machinery and equipment to the site.
• Give directions and general guidance to act quickly when an emergency or in the event of accidents during work.
• Find a way to speed dial the nearest hospital or health center.
• Provide special brochures occupational safety at the work site contains guidance and instructions and occupational safety requirements.
• Ensuring that all site staff to abide by the conditions and occupational safety regulations developed by the company and reaffirm the commitment to zero tolerance with prejudice to any of its provisions.
• Encourage employees to participate in training programs on occupational safety, as well as to encourage their contributions in this regard.
• As occupational safety requirements binding requirement for on-site work.

ان شركتنا مدركة تماماً لحجم مسؤولياتها تجاه الصحة والسلامة المهنيةفي موقع العمل لجميع الافراد من عمال ومستخدمين ومقاولين ثانويين وزوار كما وتلتزم بتحسين نظام ادارة الصحة والسلامة بشكل مستمر ليخضع الى كافة المعايير الدولية القابلة للتطبيق ولكافة نظم وتشريعات الصحة والسلامة المهنية المعمول بها في امريكا واوربا وفي هذا السياق تقوم شركتنا بتطبيق الاجراءات التالية:

• تنبية جميع العاملين الى الاخطار التي يمكن ان يتعرضوا لها في الموقع وتدريبهم على كيفية مواجهتها والتغلب عليها.
• توفير اجهزة مكافحة الحرائق وتدريب العاملين على كيفية استخدامها.
• تدريب العاملين على الاستخدام الصحيح والسليم للآليات والمعدات وطرق تشغيلها بالشكل الذي يضمن سلامتهم.
• مراجعة الاجراءات التدريبية التي يحتاجها العمال بشكل دوري ومنظم.
• توفير تدريب مكثف للعمال والموظفين الجدد وخاصة حينما يتم ادخال فقرات عمل جديدة او اليات ومعدات جديدة الى الموقع.
• اعطاء توجيهات وارشادات عامة للتصرف بشكل سريع عند الطوارئ او في حال وقوع حوادث اثناء العمل.
• ايجاد وسيلة للاتصال السريع بأقرب مستشفى او مركز صحي.
• توفير كتيبات خاصة بالسلامة المهنية في موقع العمل تحتوي على ارشادات وتعليمات وشروط السلامة المهنية.
• الحرص على ان يقوم جميع العاملين في الموقع بالتقيد بشروط وضوابط السلامة المهنية التي وضعتها الشركة وتأكيد الالتزام بها وعدم التسامح مع من يخل اي من بنودها.
• تشجيع العاملين على المشاركة في برامج التدريب المتعلقة بالسلامة المهنية وكذلك تشجيع مساهماتهم في هذا المضمار.
• اعتبار متطلبات السلامة المهنية شرط ملزم للعمل في الموقع.
